how to setup AngularJS on a web server with windows?

At first I thought just by uploading all files up to the server then AngularJS would run but guess I am wrong :( I have searched around but most of them are talking in linus or mac using the terminal commands.

I am starting to learn AngularJS and thought of uploading it onto a server to see how it is and found out it's not as easy as I thought of.

Can someone give me a hand please? Thanks a lot.
