How can I scrape postal addresses quickly and accurately from a site?

I've been given the challenge of creating an Excel spreadsheet containing a list of all the company names and addresses from this website:

I don't have any experience in web crawling or that kind of thing so be nice, but all I know is that each line in the spreadsheet has to have the format:

| Company Name | Address | City | County | Postcode |
