Analysis of Website as a well-informed and objective user?

I have been scheduled for an interview and the company's website is this . Before coming to the interview, they have asked me to do the following:

"In the meantime we're asking each of the candidates to prepare an analysis of our current SOA website as a well-informed and objective user. This will be a topic of discussion during the interviews."

I am not sure what does that means , well-formed and objective user? Does anyone knows here? Please explain.
