Run java web application in only one broswer

As to my title question, I would like to run my web application to only in one web browser.

eg. my application url is http://localhost:8080/project

I want to restrict this url in only one browser. If I choose Mozila Firefox for project , this url can't run in another browswer like IE,chrome, etc..

It's possible to handle?

If you have some suggestions for that , please let me know.
