Copy a value and paste it in a web ui and click a button - new tab repeat the same

I need to perform the below mentioned tasks in the order mentioned

1. Copy a value from a cell in an excel spreadsheet
2. Paste it into a specific textbox of a web ui (chrome browser)
3. Click on the 'Go' button to get the task
4. Have to repeat this for 100's of values in the excel sheet.

How can I code this?
