what languages does gsmarena use

I was wondering what language Gsmarena is built on.

I'm assuming it could be done using ruby on rails , but I think it could be php mainly being used, with front end just html/javascript etc..

yes I am new to computing.. not some big shot compuGuy.. so please no negative feedback....

And can someone who knows please teach me(let me know) a way to tell what languages are used, and how can you differentiate.

example groupon --ruby on rails, twitter was ruby then moved to Php ...

etc .. you know more than me.. so please enlighten me.
