How can I publish window application project and asp.net mvc5 project in one solution

I'm developing a windows application.

This application has inner web control to show asp.net web application which is running in local iis. So, My Solution consist of 2 projects; One is windows application project and the another is asp.net mvc5 project. It performs well on visual studio, but I wonder how to publish this application to clients who don't have visual studio.

Please Help me if you know how to publish in this situation.
