Duplicating a product and its impact

Listing duplicate products with different item title and compatibility however its description remain same.

I want to know if anyone knows does this count as duplicate content by google ? can google penalise the website for this practice ?

Example for car parts

All above items are duplicate of each other however , item title / compatibility is different but image will remain same.

Does this count as duplicate products by google ?
