Can someone recommend a group chat client that allows upvoting questions?

I have a client that requested a live group chat to be embedded with their website. The solution we went with was ChatWing, which worked great for our initial needs. Now that the client has built a large following, they are requesting an embedded live group chat that allows users to upvote the best questions. Is anyone aware of a plugin or service that would meet these requirements? Or is this something I will have to code from scratch?
