android request data from web hosting

**I AM working on web server and this links views the same cases but in different servers ** 1-http://ift.tt/1KVK7lI 2-http://ainegypt.net/as…/Aien_webServices/get_lasted_news.php the first link gets the data and shows it but the other can't do it as you see in the photo is the a configuration should i do in this server to solve this problem
