we have Oracle EBS, we have few applications in python Django, few in PHP, Few in core java and some of them in .net. all these applications are directly or indirectly connected to Oracle EBS Database for some queries or synchronization through DBlink or apis. on top of it we have elastic stack for logs and reporting.
i want to know how can i consolidate all these applications so that i don't have to create direct Dblink, instead, i can maintain a middle layer where i can manage everything and connect both Oracle EBS and other applications seamlessly
