How can I make website with brainwave data analysis? [closed]

I'm trying to make a website that shows visualization of brainwave data(eeg, meg). The thing is, I cannot decide what tools to use. For now. I decided to use React Js for website but I need brainwave analyzing tool that generates visualizations that can be showed on the web.

I'm thinking of website that ask for the data file, process it, and shows brainwave data in motion so that I can play and stop as I press some buttons. Please help me find the way to make the website. Oh, and I will be using Python. Thank you!
