Implementation step a poker game web app create [closed]

I want to make a poker game web app. I have to use Java, Javascript, HTML, CSS technologies and everything else I need. The web application must have a registration interface. When 6 registered player gets together at a table, the poker game begins (There is only one table). What are the steps of implementation?
