Azure two domains and One Webapp

I have 2 domains lets call them domain1.com and domain2.com. I want to domain1.com point to myweb.azurewebsites.net, and domain2.com point to http://ift.tt/2aPmsKV .

So. there is any way to do that?

I thought about the rewrites , but i did not manage to create such a diversion
